It’s Okay to Rest

I’m tired today.
I’m in recovery from burnout, and I’m learning (slowly…gently) what it means to rest.
To listen when my body says, enough.

Today, it’s saying it loud and clear. Even as I sit here, searching for something wise to say about life.

So this is what I’ll leave you with:
Rest is part of the process.
It’s okay to pause. It’s okay to do nothing. It’s okay to begin again tomorrow.

Until then,
