FAQs

What kind of products do you offer?

I create digital writing tools, rituals, and resources to support a more compassionate and connected writing practice. I also offer 1:1 memoir writing coaching and mentorship services.

Other offerings include digital chapbooks, writing prompts, creative templates, and poetry collections. Everything is crafted with care, intention, and a bit of magic.

How do I access digital downloads?

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. If you don’t see it right away, check your spam or promotions folder just in case.

Still nothing? Reach out at hello@sharlafanous.com, and I’ll make sure you get what you need.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final. But if something isn’t working or you received the wrong file, please contact me. I want you to feel good about your experience.

Do I need to be a “real writer” to use your products?

If you have a voice, a heart, and something to say, you’re a real writer. My resources are made for beginners, returning writers, and anyone seeking a softer, more soul-led way to reconnect with their creativity.

No pressure. No perfection. Just an invitation to begin.

Can I share your content with others?

I’m honored you’d want to! You’re welcome to share links to my blog, products, or newsletter. But please don’t forward paid downloads or use my work in your own offerings without permission. (That includes poems, prompts, and templates.)

If you’d like to collaborate or license content, let’s talk: hello@sharlafanous.com

I’m not sure what my memoir is really “about.” Can you still help?

Yes. Helping you find your story is part of the process. Whether you have a few scattered memories or a vague sense of a theme, we’ll gently explore what wants to be told and how to shape it into a meaningful arc.

What’s the difference between the Clarity Session, Foundations Package, and Mentorship?

Great question:

  • The Clarity Session is a one-time 60-minute call to help you get unstuck, map your next steps, or reconnect to your story.

  • The Foundations Package includes a month of support with two calls, email access, and feedback on a short excerpt—ideal if you’re just beginning.

  • The Sacred Threads Mentorship is a deeper, 8-week container with biweekly coaching, personalized feedback, and private support—perfect for committed writers ready to shape or revise their memoir.

How do I book a session or package?

Each offering has its own booking link (via Acuity). Once you choose your service, you’ll be able to pick a time that works for you and complete payment. You’ll then receive a confirmation email and a short intake form to help us make the most of our time together.

Do I need to submit any writing beforehand?

Only for the Foundations Package and Mentorship, and only if you’d like feedback. For the Clarity Session, no writing is required—just come as you are.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For the Sacred Threads Mentorship, payment plans are available upon request. Just mention it in your application or reach out via email.

What if I’m not ready yet?

That’s okay. You can start with one of my self-paced tools like the Memoir Writing Kit or Memoir Story Arc Template, or sign up for my newsletter to stay connected until you’re ready.

Where can I read your writing?

You can explore my poetry, essays, and reflections in The Writing Nook — my curated space for creative expression and soulful storytelling.

Are your poems available in print?

Yes! I’ve self-published poetry collections. You can purchase them in the store or on Amazon, or subscribe to my newsletter for updates on new releases.

Do you accept guest writing or collaborations?

On a case-by-case basis, yes. If your work aligns with themes like softness, writing habits, creativity, or calm living, feel free to reach out via the contact form.

Can I gift your products to someone else?

Absolutely. Just include their email address at checkout (or yours, and then forward it along). You can also email me directly to coordinate a special delivery.
