FAQs

About the Work

What does "low-friction living" mean?

It means systems designed for the brain you have — not the brain the productivity industry assumes you have. Low-friction systems don't require sustained willpower or perfect executive function to maintain. They hold when you're tired. They hold when the morning went wrong. They hold on Tuesday when everything feels like too much.

If a system only works when you're at your best, it's not a system; it's a performance. We build things that hold.

How is this different from hiring a productivity coach or an organizer?

Coaches work on mindset and habits. Organizers work on physical spaces. I work on systems — the operational structure that holds your business and your daily life together.

I don't motivate you or give you frameworks to follow. I sit down with you, map what's actually happening, and build the infrastructure that makes the right things happen with less effort. Implementation, not advice.

And unlike most productivity consultants, I start with how your brain actually works, not a template designed for someone else.

About You

Who do you work with?

Late-diagnosed neurodivergent women who are building businesses — typically solo or small — while also managing a household, often a family, and their own recovery from burnout.

You've probably tried a lot of systems that didn't stick. You know something needs to change. You're just not sure where to start or whether anything will actually hold.

That's exactly where we begin.

Do I need a formal ADHD or autism diagnosis to work with you?

No. A diagnosis tells us something useful, but it's not a prerequisite. If you recognize yourself in late-diagnosis experiences — the masking, the exhaustion, the years of not knowing why things felt so much harder than they seemed to for everyone else — that's enough.

We start where you are, not where a form says you should be.

What if I'm in burnout right now? Is this the right time to start?

It might be exactly the right time. Burnout is often what makes the status quo finally feel unsustainable — which creates real motivation to build something different.

The work we do is designed for depleted baseline capacity, not peak performance. We build gently, in priority order, and we don't add to your plate while clearing it.

If you're not sure, book a Clarity Call. We can talk honestly about timing.

Do you only work with women?

My work is specifically designed for and marketed to late-diagnosed neurodivergent women because that specificity matters — the experience of being diagnosed late as a woman is distinct, and the work is shaped by that.

That said, I'm happy to have a conversation if you're outside that description but feel like this work resonates. Book a Clarity Call, and we'll figure out together if it's a fit.

About the Services

What's the difference between the Low-Friction Audit, the Low-Friction Reset, and the Steady Partnership?

The Audit ($350) is where most people start. In 5–7 days, we map what's actually causing friction in your business and your daily systems — and you leave with a clear, prioritized picture of what to fix first. No commitment to more, no pressure.

The Low-Friction Reset is the deep work. We build your systems together — business operations and life systems, looked at as one integrated whole — using the Low-Friction Framework. This is implementation, not planning.

The Steady Partnership ($950+/month) is for clients who want ongoing support after the Reset: a monthly partner who already knows your business, your brain, and your capacity, and shows up consistently as both evolve.

Not sure which one fits? Start with a Clarity Call.

Do you only work on my business systems, or do you look at my home and life too?

Both — and intentionally so. For late-diagnosed neurodivergent women, the business and the life are not separate systems. A chaotic morning costs capacity that shows up in your workday. An overwhelmed business creates stress that spills into your home.

We look at the whole picture: business operations, daily routines, household systems, the invisible load. Then we prioritize what to build first based on where the real friction is.

What tools do you work with?

Whatever already fits you — or whatever we discover fits better. I'm tool-agnostic. I care far more about how your brain works than about any specific app.

I'm experienced with Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Acuity, Jane App, Squarespace, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and more. But we start with what you have, and we only add what genuinely reduces friction.

What if I fall off the system after we build it?

That's expected, not failure. Systems need to be returned to — that's part of what makes them systems rather than one-time fixes. We build in reset points from the beginning, and the Steady Partnership exists specifically for clients who want a consistent presence as real life happens.

There's no judgment here about falling off. We just pick it back up.

About Working Together

Where are you based? Do you work virtually?

I'm based in Ottawa, Ontario. I work virtually across Canada — all services are available remotely, and most clients work with me entirely online.

How do we get started?

Book a free 15-minute Clarity Call. No prep required, no intake form to fill out first. We talk about where you are, what isn't working, and whether this is the right fit.

There's no pitch and no pressure. It's just a conversation.
