2. Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to the Writer’s Retreat Kit, writing templates, workbooks, and guides, are delivered electronically via email or download link after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a product has been delivered.

If you experience any issues with your download or believe you received the wrong file, please contact me at hello@sharlafanous.com and I’ll make it right.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, poetry, digital downloads, and branded materials—is the intellectual property of Sharla Fanous and is protected by copyright.

Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers. I do not store or have access to your full payment details.
