A FREE RESOURCE FOR LATE-DIAGNOSED WOMEN IN BUSINESS
Some things you should have been told a long time ago.
Not affirmations.
Permissions.
WHAT THIS IS
You’ve spent years running a business by rules that were never written for your brain. These aren’t a pep talk. They’re not a mindset. They’re the things you were always allowed to do and know—written down, one per card, so you can keep them somewhere you’ll actually see them.
Print them. Post one where you work. Screenshot them for the days you need a reminder. Send one to someone who needs to hear it today.
A FEW OF THE TEN
Things you’re allowed to know.
PERMISSION SLIP
The years you spent masking don’t mean you failed. They mean you survived.
PERMISSION SLIP
The way you work is not broken. The template was.
PERMISSION SLIP
Your capacity is allowed to vary.
…and seven more inside.
I discovered I was autistic in my forties. I had already been navigating a career, managing a household, and raising a family. And when the pieces finally clicked, one of the heaviest realizations was how much permission I had never given myself.
Permission to work differently. Permission to rest without earning it first. Permission to stop explaining why I needed the things the way I needed them. Nobody hands you that. You have to find it yourself, or someone has to put it in front of you.
These cards are me putting it in front of you.
Why I made these.
