About Sharla
I’m Sharla — a writer, operations strategist, and home organizer. My passion is helping people create calm and clarity in every corner of their lives. Whether I’m guiding a client through decluttering their home, streamlining their business systems, or coaching them to finally write the book they’ve been dreaming about, my work is about one thing: turning chaos into something beautiful, intentional, and sustainable.
The Thread That Connects It All
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: executive assistant, operations coordinator, professional organizer, writing coach, and published author. At first glance, they might seem unrelated. But to me, they’ve always been connected by the same thread: bringing order to chaos.
For the overwhelmed entrepreneur, that might mean creating workflows that save hours every week.
For the busy parent, it could mean transforming a cluttered living room into a peaceful retreat.
For the aspiring author, it’s about shaping scattered memories into a powerful, well-crafted memoir.
No matter the setting, the goal is the same: to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more in control of your time, space, and energy.
My Approach
I believe in organization with heart. It’s not just about neat shelves or perfect spreadsheets — it’s about creating systems and spaces that truly support the life you want to live. My process blends:
Compassion — because letting go of clutter (physical or mental) can be emotional.
Clarity — so you can see exactly where you’re going and how to get there.
Creativity — to make the process inspiring, personal, and even joyful.
My Story
I didn’t start out thinking I’d be a business owner. My background is in psychology and business management, and I spent over a decade supporting executives and startups. Along the way, I discovered that my real gift was creating order in complex, messy situations and that this skill translated into every part of life.
As a writer and self-published author, I learned firsthand how powerful it is to carve out space and structure for creative work. As a parent of neurodivergent children, I’ve experienced how important calm systems and environments are for well-being. And as someone who’s been through big life transitions, I know that clarity is often the first step toward transformation.

For You
When we work together, I meet you where you are, without judgment. Whether we’re sorting through boxes, mapping out your business systems, or untangling the threads of your life story, I’ll be there to guide the process with patience, skill, and encouragement.
